Interview
The interview process lasted nearly three months from start to finish. It began with a Zoom interview followed by an in-person interview. However, there was a significant delay of about six weeks before I received any follow-up, and only after I reached out. The company appears to have a history of poor communication, with instances of ghosting candidates. While the interview itself was straightforward, it felt disorganized, and the interviewers seemed to lack familiarity with the technical topics they were addressing. This experience raised concerns about the potential for a toxic workplace culture.

Interview
Two weeks after posting closed I received a call from HR admin person inviting me for an interview in a few days. She had said she would email me all related details on the location of the interview and who will be on the interview panel but a day before the interview I had still not heard from her. I had to inquire with HR myself to get the necessary information. The interview consisted of 4 interviewers asking multi-part questions with seemingly little relevance to the job description. Was told at the end of the interview that should hear back either way within a week. A thank you email sent to all interviewers the day after went unanswered. After 2 weeks I emailed the hiring manager and someone else on the interview panel to see if a decision has been made and again no answer. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the lack of respect and organization throughout the whole process.
