I place where we all work as a team. Where co-workers are willing to help you instead of watch you drown. A place where team members feel close-knit, all work towards the common goal of company success, and maybe even feel like "family" instead of just peers. Note: Again, apparently the wrong answer. After being told they wanted someone who would fit with the existing team, I thought my answer (which was sincere) match their search. Nope.
