I am ready to work for your organization and make arrangements to select you because your organization needs employees. And I can not speak English. But I can read and write. Although I know English words, I still do not speak the language fluently. But I also promise that you will become an English speaking employee within two months of your arrival at the company. I know that those of you who do not speak English to the institution will be disqualified and leave. I think it's my misfortune to be like that. It's not your fault. Sri Lankans in our country English is not systematically taught in schools. But even if you reject me, I will try to come to your country for a job someday. I am committed to providing my service to your organization whenever possible. But give me a chance if I can. I promise to work hard to make one day a day when you can have a good conscience.

You will need employees for the future of the organization. If I do not choose, it will not harm your organization. But if I choose, I am bound to provide the service your organization needs at any time. I am committed to providing reliable and quality service.
