Why This Role Matters

As a Claims Processor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of claims processing. By supporting our Health & Dental Claims team with precise data entry and administrative tasks, you help ensure a seamless experience for clients and members. Your attention to detail and consistency directly impacts the quality and reliability of our services.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Calgary office, working a combination of in-office and work-from-home days.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Reviewing and accurately entering claims information into the claims system for automatic adjudication or escalation.
• Meeting or exceeding daily productivity targets of 200 lines of claims with a quality standard of 93% or higher.
• Processing audit claims in the ClaimSecure system.
• Assisting with administrative tasks including filing correspondence, supporting the Health & Dental Claims team, and maintaining service-level agreements (SLAs) with a maximum 2-day turnaround.
• Communicating effectively with internal and external partners to support smooth workflows.

What You Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education an asset).
• Strong data-entry skills with number-pad familiarity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities with excellent time management.
• Ability to manage a high-volume, repetitive workload with efficiency.
• Self-motivation and a strong sense of accountability.

Compensation

At the time of this posting, the estimated annual base salary for this position is $42,000–$47,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This range reflects the annual base salary only and does not encompass the comprehensive total rewards package that we proudly offer.
