Color Ad Packaging is a Winnipeg based leading producer of quality commercial packaging products. We are focused on providing our customers with world-class flexible packaging solutions that are manufactured in a clean and safe work environment.

We are currently looking to hire an Client Services Associate (CSA) to join our team.

Position Function:

The Client Services Associate (CSA) is the point of contact for Color Ad customers with respect to all orders. The CSA receives orders and releases from customers and enters the information into the ERP.

The CSA will work on customer orders from the receipt of a new customer Purchase Order through to ensuring that all goods manufactured under a customer PO are sold and shipped and/or are assigned to a future production order.

Work Performed:

• Act as a liaison between the customer and all internal departments, including verification of operations ability to meet production and ship requirements, and communicating back to customer as required.
• Enter customer orders and releases in ERP system and verify accuracy of information.
• Follow up on orders in production to verify compliance with commitments to customer.
• Communicate with the customer regarding complaints and escalate concerns to the Account Manager Lead as required.
• Monitor and manage customer inventory levels and aging inventory in accordance with contract/supply terms and agreements.
• Maintain customer files with pertinent information (RFP’s, master price schedules, contracts, terms, etc).
• Update and maintain customer information in both hard copy files and in ERP system.
• Support sales in other customer service areas as required.

Education and Experience:

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain composure in dealing with customer concerns and to present in a professional and calm manner.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Minimum Grade 12 is required; Diploma or post-secondary experience in a related field is considered an asset.
• Advanced computer proficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with Epicor is an asset.
• Previous experience in a print environment is an asset.

Physical Capabilities:

• Physical demand requires no undue fatigue regarding sitting, standing and walking. Work is conducted in a standard office environment.
