This individual will be the face of the brand, leader of their team and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a beautiful store.

The MIT position includes extensive training in store or multiple stores, give input and direction to team members and participate in company projects.

Qualifications:

- minimum 1 year of operations & management experience

- visual merchandising, product knowledge and inventory understandings

- training and development of multi-level positions

- ability to problem solve, work efficiently and with tact

- team player and leader of a team of 5-20 associates
