About the role
As a Senior Adobe Journey Optimizer Developer , you will make an impact by designing and delivering advanced, real-time customer engagement solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) technologies. You will be a valued member of the delivery team, working closely with architects, data teams, and business stakeholders to build scalable, high-performing customer journey solutions. In this role, you will:
- Lead the design and development of real-time, cross-channel customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer
Translate complex business and marketing requirements into scalable and secure AEP solutions
Architect and implement AEP components including XDM schemas, datasets, profiles, and identity frameworks
Design and manage event-triggered and segment-based journeys, including logic for re-entry, throttling, and versioning
Enable seamless orchestration across channels such as email, push, SMS, in-app, and web Work model

- 6+ years of experience in marketing technology, Adobe ecosystem, or enterprise application development
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer
Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Platform, including data modelling (XDM), identity resolution, and real-time customer profiles
Experience integrating systems using REST or SOAP APIs
Solid SQL skills and experience working with large-scale data environments These will help you stand out
- Experience with AEP Real-Time CDP and Customer Journey Analytics
Knowledge of event-driven architectures and customer data platforms
Experience troubleshooting journey execution and platform issues using logs and monitoring tools
Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and cross-functional collaboration
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 and $115,000 CAD , depending on experience and qualifications.
