Your value

Through accurate cleaning, inspection and non-destructive testing, you ensure components move downstream fit-for-purpose, free of defects, rework or delays. Your work directly protects quality, turnaround time and safety, supporting Maddex Turbine Services (part of Rotation Group) to deliver reliable turbine overhauls every time.
If you take pride in doing foundational work properly, enjoy hands-on inspection and processing and want to build capability in a highly specialised, precision-driven environment, this position is for you. Be actively involved in the overhaul processes for various aeroderivative and light industrial gas turbines.
What you’ll do

- Prepare components through cleaning, inspection, and processing to standard.
- Ensure parts are ready for downstream work with no rework or delays.
- Support disassembly and assembly activities as required.
- Accurately record inspection and NDT results for quality and traceability.
- Identify issues early and escalate anything impacting quality or flow.
- Contribute to improving inspection and front-end workflow efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and workmanship.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
