Capital One has truly made the work experience in this hybrid model, very pleasant and inclusive. They have many events with in-person and virtual attendance capabilities, with a focus on getting everyone involved without being silent participants and getting bored. One thing that surprised me was that Capital One provides access to many top notch learning tools. They have allowed me to learn many new things I would never had picked up on my own. Capital One focuses on associate inclusion and engagement. Many times, companies don't have opportunities for associates to interact with others outside their team/field of scope. At Capital One this is not the case, and there are many knowledge sharing events where various teams can present and allow associates from all over the company to learn and interact.
