Every two weeks, teachers are asked to work approximately 12.5 hours, or, at least to open that much time in availability. A major aspect of this job for me is that I am able to work remotely, so long as I have a decent internet connection. The students are, generally, quite excellent students who are motivated by a variety of factors to learn. It has been very, very rare in my year at the company to have a misbehaving student.

The stories about not being paid on time are from when a teacher is new and hasn't adequately or correctly submitted payment information.
