      Pros

      Supportive team and friendly working environment. Plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and gain hands-on experience with a wide range of appliances. Managers are approachable and colleagues are always willing to help. The 4-on-4-off shift pattern provides a good work-life balance

      Cons

      The role can be physically demanding at times, especially during busy periods. Some processes could be streamlined to improve efficiency, but overall these are minor issues.
