      Pros

      In a long history of employment with Acden I can say the company has in almost all cases shown it will go to great lengths to provide a good atmosphere and stable work environment. Having worked through two different natural disasters and the ongoing pandemic, Acden truly has kept employee's on the payroll and working through times where it was at great expense to the company. I fond Acden is a great business to work for, allowing independence to achieve success while also providing direction when required.

      Cons

      As with all companies as they increase in size, the foundation is slow to catch up to business growth.
