      Pros

      I have been working as a content creator for this company for years and it’s one of my favourite contracts. The work is interesting and not stressful.

      Cons

      I wish it wasn’t seasonal and I could work here full-time

      Pros

      - Benefits, people, culture, time off, compensation, leaders. - Casper is a unique product.

      Cons

      - Products are very market niche (mostly medical field), so must be okay with that. Program management product seems outdated.

      Company culture is supportive, caring, and transparent. Programs and mechanisms in place for encouraging and enabling both your personal and professional growth - both your development and company values are not just lip service. You see them in action every day.
