Great Management with people focus at heart. Ability to allow creatives to utilise their talent and enhance the product, whilst learning to develop their skills. 4 day work week, with plenty of PTO.

BBI takes chances and sometimes they pay off, sometimes they don’t. In the end, you mostly get to work on cool games. Management truly cares about the people.

Cons

Never had a bonus in all my years there. Bad at managing their money. But…4 day work weeks!
