The people are great. Everyone is supportive and enjoyable to work with. Beautiful office space at The Well. The company is constantly evolving. You need to take ownership and carve out your role. Some may see this as a challenge, but I personally view it as a positive. There is strong investment in the product to ensure it doesn’t become obsolete. While some organizations are comfortable maintaining the status quo, programs here are consistently updated, created, or retired based on how the technology landscape around us is evolving. Over the past year, several exciting new products and events have been introduced, helping reshape the brand and position it for continued growth.

Team & Culture The highlight of the organization. BrainStation has always done a great job hiring people who are strong culture fits, which makes the day-to-day work environment genuinely enjoyable. On the sales side, the team is young, energetic, and very collaborative. It creates a fun, fast-paced atmosphere where people support each other and celebrate wins together.
