Pros

The people are great. Everyone is supportive and enjoyable to work with. Beautiful office space at The Well. The company is constantly evolving. You need to take ownership and carve out your role. Some may see this as a challenge, but I personally view it as a positive. There is strong investment in the product to ensure it doesn’t become obsolete. While some organizations are comfortable maintaining the status quo, programs here are consistently updated, created, or retired based on how the technology landscape around us is evolving. Over the past year, several exciting new products and events have been introduced, helping reshape the brand and position it for continued growth.

Cons

Perks have gradually been scaled back over the past few years (office snacks, lunches, socials, etc.).

Pros

Team & Culture The highlight of the organization. BrainStation has always done a great job hiring people who are strong culture fits, which makes the day-to-day work environment genuinely enjoyable. On the sales side, the team is young, energetic, and very collaborative. It creates a fun, fast-paced atmosphere where people support each other and celebrate wins together. Growth Opportunities A great place to begin your career. If you’re motivated and willing to work hard, there are real opportunities to grow quickly and take on meaningful responsibility early in your career. High performers can progress into leadership roles and develop valuable experience at a relatively young age. Rewarding Work One of the most rewarding aspects of the role is seeing the impact on the people you work with. You can start making sales early on, but what stands out most is watching your learners go through the course and advance their skills and careers. Many reach out afterward to share how the program helped them land new roles or opportunities, and they are often very appreciative of the support they received throughout the process.

Cons

Sales Volatility: Like most sales roles, there can be some volatility in lead flow depending on the time of year and market conditions. Certain periods are busier than others, which can impact pipeline and results. Learning how to manage your pipeline and stay proactive during slower periods becomes an important part of succeeding in the role.
