      Pros

      Over a year in and still one of the best companies I've ever worked for. When they say people first, they mean it. Employees are constantly being considered for new internal roles, and the culture is supportive. Really easy to build a career here, and to want to stay a long time.

      Cons

      Sometimes there can be a lot of work, and you are "grinding" for lack of a better word. However, the work is recognized by managers and is worth it.

      Cons

      There's no investment in post sales teams or motions, so be prepared to be stranded on an island on your own. If this is something that you're not comfortable with, do not join.
