Pros
This is a great company to work for. I have learnt a lot and they have always treated me top notch. I have never worked for a company that has treated me this well, respected me and made me feel valued every single day.
Cons
Long hours during harvest but only lasts a few weeks. Good opportunity to make extra money and they try really hard to schedule around your life and share the load equally with everyone.
