- I love my team. They’re my friends, colleagues and mentors. CompStak creates a culture that makes it easy to build quick friendships, with genuine people. - Incredibly driven people. My teammates drive me to do my best work. They’re the smartest and hardest working people I’ve ever worked with. - No “not my job” mentality. Everybody is willing to pitch in to get things done, no matter if the task is big or small. - Inclusive and Diverse. My team includes people from various countries, backgrounds, sexual orientation, races and interests. Everybody brings something new to the table. - A meritocracy. Hard work is recognized and rewarded! - The pay is fair, the benefits are great, the office is awesome (gym, shower, ping-pong and dogs) and the commute is easy.

Cons

It’s a tough market in commercial real estate, but people need data in good markets and bad. We’ll get through it!
