      Pros

      I started working at Damotech since I graduated university. This is a great company with amazing co-workers. Everyone here is very welcoming and always willing to help. There is lots of opportunity for growth, you just have to be determined in what you want to achieve and you will achieve it. All managers are caring and and looks out for you. Team dynamic here in general is fantastic.

      Cons

      If you work fully remote, there is not a lot of opportunities to see your co-workers in person.

      - People are genuinely nice people - Hybrid schedule (3x days in the office) - Gym, telemedecine are paid for - Closed for Christmas vacation - The culture (small events, 5@7, team building activities - Great work-life balance - Nice office

      - Not as much room to grow as in a bigger company
