Pros

The loyal customer, who now is a friend, always comes back to talk to me weekly and he recently made me a deco "got chips" t-shirt in another colour than black because during the summer I was only wearing black and he knew it was super hot, so he gifted me a new custom tee on site. Every interaction just makes working better every day.

Cons

Wet tent set up when it rains

Pros

Great tan, get to meet lots of people and make their day better, great perks like trips to Calgary stampede and mexico, they also have local biweekly company events like hockey games, lazer tag, go-karting, etc...

Cons

Not paid for drive time even though we are required to haul company gear.

Pros

- Lots of support getting up and running. Don't need prior sales experience to be successful as long as you're a strong people person -They absolutely nail the "friendly competition aspect". Everyone celebrates big wins, and there's tons of support from management and fellow site operators. -Uncapped commissions. High performance is rewarded and recognized well

Cons

-Work and earnings are seasonal depending on the market, and can often be weather dependent
