Great culture and excellent people to work with. You really are in charge of your career and success, meanwhile there are so many people genuinely interested and willing to support you. So much diversity and opportunity to learn and experience a variety of work.
Cons
Work-life balance is not great and while it is great that employees are encouraged to go above and beyond and work on side projects, it really is a lifestyle choice. Most people who are highly successful have prioritized work over all other pursuits.
