Promotion is impossible if your line manager does not like you Promotion criteria does not apply to software whatsoever and is very difficult to move up, unless people like you and you know people If you treat work as 'I show up and do my job' you will not progress Career progression as a whole Offered training courses, but Accelerating your career course, only available to Senior and above hahaha Spent no less than 9 months persistently asking about training courses, never happened
