Incredibly poor culture. Management is significantly more focused on politics than delivering and supporting their team. Yelling or berating are common management techniques despite what management training may say. When key technical flaws are pointed out, they are ignored by management until something breaks. When these predictable failures occur, the solution is to pressure employees to work extra hours. Not worth the compensation. Layoffs or uncalled for firings are rampant, your job is much less safe than it should be for a company with such a great business model.
