      Pros

      I really liked the free gym membership, it was nice to have full hour for lunch (to work out), and the occasional office social activity.

      Cons

      They claim to be customer focused, but are not. I felt ethically in the wrong trying to enforce contracts on people that were under age, couldn't speak English, and that were lied to by other employees. The company also refuses to work with people who are having a hard time financially but willing to work towards paying off their contracts. Their business model is filthy. Shifts were rigid - no sharing of opening hours, if you were hired for a specific shift you couldn't ever work another shift.

      When they were part of the Edgemont Club they were great

      Cons

      After a year they automatically started charging my visa without any heads up. Terrible and unethical dealings.

      Pros

      Great concept and fulfilling to work with people on their journey. Getting to provide access to the highest quality foods and supplements for the lowest prices is nice.

      Cons

      Hard to compete with Amazon and however they can give free shipping on nearly everything. MAP pricing policies are currently being violated by competitors without any recourse.
