Worst management - Employee Relations Nestlé Employee Review

Managements are so toxic, my line manager and Factory Manager forced me to resign, I trusted a lot on my line manager but he backlashes me, one of the dirtiest culture of nestle…. Work of nestle factories can even done by so call 12 pass students, nestle’s value is degrading day by day…. There is a very high attrition rate, people are untrust worthy, they use you and can slaughter you for the sake of protecting their own job…. I was a fresh graduate and got job here after lots of hardwork but my line manager and Factory Manager played dirty politics with me and sued me out of company, There is no empathy and humanity in them, all of them only looking for promotion and achievements. Always prepare backup while going in these companies. They are top companies with 3rd class managers.
