Pros

- Open Farm truly stands behind its mission to create positive change with their products and practices. The company is doing something meaningful and the impact is real. - The product and brand are well-loved, and it’s exciting to work for a company with a clear sense of purpose.

Cons

- Leadership is a major drawback. While they claim there are no egos, in reality, egos are rampant and decision-making is often driven by personal interests rather than what’s best for the company. - A culture of favoritism runs high. If you're not in the "good books," your contributions might be overlooked, and feedback — especially regarding leadership — is unwelcome unless you want to be fired. Feedback for you will also vary from week to week. - Employee feedback is largely ignored, and there’s a tendency to gaslight when concerns are raised. They don't seem to care about improving the work environment or addressing real issues.

Pros

Pets in office, good mission

Cons

Run away from this place. Leadership is awful, and HR is not your friend. In fact HR is crazy. Don’t be fooled by mission and awards, yes the founders are entrepreneurs with a great vision but the rest is a mess. Save yourself the trouble of working here.
