Pros
Competitive salary, friendly environment, knowledgeable group of employees (when it comes to Bovines/Genetics), nice/clean offices, central location with many amenities close by.
Cons
Lacking project management & process, communicate on a whole was stated as an area of improvement by management & employees although nobody seems to want to act on improving communication including management. Everyone knows everyone and everything about each other within the industry (good and bad).
