      Good foot in the door to the industry

      Cons

      Where to begin? Constant layoffs has left fractured ethic. Rapport is at an all time low, zero trust in the team and leadership. Leadership team is completely disengaged on day to day operations. Unbelievable hours working nights and weekends. Survival is how I would describe day to day, with not one glimmer of hope on the horizon.

      My manager and team were amazing.

      Cons

      You could tell there was a lot of disconnect with upper management. I witnessed a few silent fires which hurt the overall morale but they explained it as being 'normal'.
