      if your private life is not a priority, you can get a good salary. Interesting staff and most of friendly people.

      Cons

      Amazing turn over rate. Stressful environment based on fear ; people never dare to say what they are really thinking about. No transparent communication and no help from HR

      - Amazing group of people to work with - opportunities to advance - fun and rewarding company to work for, felt appreciated and loved that it gives back to worthy causes

      - sometimes challenging to work for multiple groups as your getting pulled in multiple directions - uncomfortable segregation between lawyers and office staff
