Pros

*This only applies to the Montgomeryville location* None. Used to be a great place to work. I enjoyed the work I did and the various teams I worked with.

Cons

*This only applies to the Montgomeryville location* -Health benefits have gotten worse each year. -Constant layoffs. -Changed from an 8 hour 3 shift day, 5 days a week to a 10 hour 2 shift day, 4 days out of the week. The idea was to save money on overtime, then they started asking the employees to stay the 4 hours between shifts. Then they started asking the employees to work the extra 3 days. Then they made the employees sign a waiver, making the 3 days mandatory when needed. -Flat raises, everyone gets the same raise. -Lower management no longer cares -Upper management is too focused on vanity projects or no longer cares

Pros

There are many talented individual contributors who are dedicated, despite the lack of leadership support.

Cons

The culture is currently hindered by a lack of accountability regarding professional conduct. While corporate values look good on paper, there is a noticeable disconnect in the daily reality where a culture of favoritism often takes precedence over merit. Toxic interpersonal dynamics and manipulative behaviors are not just overlooked; they are frequently enabled by a leadership style that prioritizes 'inner circles' over professional boundaries. High performers who operate outside these social cliques are left to manage difficult peer-to-peer interactions on their own, without meaningful intervention from HR or management. This lack of objective oversight significantly impacts morale and makes it difficult to focus on core deliverables. If you value a transparent, collaborative environment where everyone is held to the same professional standard regardless of personal ties, you will find the current climate extremely challenging.
