      Pros

      Pay is decent and there are a few great managers.

      Cons

      Private Equity owned. Many of leadership are yes-men. Constant policy and procedure changes. Structure changes made with no regards to how it affects employees or customers. No one willing to tell the leadership that the changes are not working. Massive customer churn , worsened by above.

      Pay is ok, benefits are good.

      Cons

      Obsessed with growth rather than supporting current clients. Way behind on technology stack and processes because they are stuck in “their system” rather than advancing with industry standards.
