Pros

- flex hours - work from home - some genuinely good people scattered within the company - if you don't have lot of experience, they hire anyone so it's an ok place to start

Cons

- Lack of professionalism - Lack of management - Lack of transparency - Slow promotions, raises, and bonuses if any at all - Limited growth - Turn over rate is bad because they hire anyone even without any slight experience - Toxic environment - Gaslighting and manipulation - Underpaid - They call it just customer service rep to underpay their employees, but this is really a retention specialist role - Inconsistency - Lack of sensitivity - Cute benefits such as yoga or extra $$ for your home office, these kinds of perks are non-existent here - The positive energy that is exuded here is used to cover up the bad aspects of the company

1 Generous and brilliant founder 2 Emphasis on tech and innovation for growth 3 Industry behemoth 4 Customer Operations abreast with ambiguous legal regulations

Cons

1 Inefficient internal support teams overstaffed with underqualified yet overpaid yet underperforming personnel 2 "People and Culture" a gross misnomer for the HR team. If not egregiously promulgating disregard for internal policies whenever personally convenient, incumbents of power, regardless of scope, habitually arbitrarily administer policies for personal gain 3 Persistent labor malpractices in some location
