      Pros

      lots of bread which helped the grocery budget

      Cons

      Extremely poor working environment, high pressure, and they do not always speak English in meetings. I remember one meeting in particular where two people started speaking in their mother tongue, completely ignoring the other people in the meeting, because it was easier for them to communicate that way.

      Poor leadership, no structure in the organization. Team members are flooded with projects and tight deadlines. Evolving roles with no clear roles and responsibilities
