No way you can be lazy at this job! - get to work with FUN, SMART, SUPPORTIVE people - training, feedback, development opportunities and experiences occur on a regular basis - emphasize on goal setting - being able to positively impact a community and the people in it - compensation

- work some evenings and weekends...but hey that's where the magic happens! - A lot of information and deadlines come up and sometimes it's challenging to stay organized and execute everything to the best of my abilities
