      Pros

      FLSmidth seems to find a way of employing people who will go the extra mile (which is necessary given the broad geographies they operate in). Remuneration is decent. Their infrastructure works well and the management within the company (both global and regional) are pulling in the right direction

      As a global organization, time management can sometimes be difficult when dealing with projects in different parts of the world
