      Great company to work - they train you and believe in you

      Pros

      FMAV has a good balance between valuing employees that have been with them for many years, and believing in the young people joining the company too. They see potential on their future seniors and invest on them with lots of training offered by the company's experts. The company is happy to see employees growing and supports them to pursue what they aim for professionally.

      Cons

      Some employees complain about work schedule - which is a reasonable complain, it can be tough sometimes - on the other hand, you cannot expect much better from the events industry. Could improve internal communication

      AV Company thinking differently to the others

      Pros

      This company is working hard to create a new kind of “large” AV company. The opportunity help modernize the event technology industry is exciting. They are investing money in new technology and training / development to make the quality of production better.

      Cons

      It is a big challenge sourcing and retaining the right kind of staff members. Being understaffed in many regions causes team members stress and conflict.
