      Pros

      The job is pretty flexible and easy to do. There is no goal or performance for you to finish. The manager just want to have somebody to sit there and fix the issues.

      Cons

      There is no training and no obligation. You can do whatever you want. The manager does not care too much. It is a asian style company.
