      A hardcore sales job

      Pros

      A lot of the people who work there and members of the gym are really great human beings, If you're good at sales you can clean up

      Cons

      grueling sales job that very few people do well at, high pressure from managers, cult-like vibe, incredible turnover, the only advancement is in sales, absolutely horrible office politics from management, preying on peoples personal fears

      Pros

      I really liked the free gym membership, it was nice to have full hour for lunch (to work out), and the occasional office social activity.

      Cons

      They claim to be customer focused, but are not. I felt ethically in the wrong trying to enforce contracts on people that were under age, couldn't speak English, and that were lied to by other employees. The company also refuses to work with people who are having a hard time financially but willing to work towards paying off their contracts. Their business model is filthy. Shifts were rigid - no sharing of opening hours, if you were hired for a specific shift you couldn't ever work another shift.

      Pros

      Great place to grow sales skills and network. I see many people I met as members around the city. Worked there for almost 10 years and loved the earned incentives and team I worked with. A great place to advance or learn new skills in the Fitness Industry.

      Cons

      Management and ownership changes. Changing compensation plans. Need more leadership development for top sales rather than new sales consultants.
