      Pros

      Flexible working conditions Free lunch (this is incredibly underrated - 0 stress of planning lunches, saves you money, and its actually good) Company that does invest in your growth and young talent Great working culture and amazing people Job security is generally good - telematics is a growing industry and Geotab has learnt its lesson and now hires pretty conservatively

      Cons

      Change happens a lot here. Lot's of starts and stops. You'll definitely require emotional resilience to thrive here but worht it if you're okay with some levels of ambiguity

      Great work life balance, great view on the future. Great benefits and on site campus.

      Large org with a focus on AI, might be tricky to be busy depending on the role.
