Colleagues are amazing! They care about their job, they strive to be solution focused, they are creative, and they are team players.
Cons
Decisions are made with very little input from or communication to front line staff. Senior management is severely out of touch with their 'vision' and how it plays out in reality. The bottom line appears to be about money, with little real regard for best practices and ethical decision making. What is marketed and what is reality are two different things. Their most valuable asset, the staff, is not even taken into consideration. We are so short staffed across the board that there are just not enough staff to deliver a professional program, and the staff that are left are drowning. We are burned out.
