      Pros

      This is a growing start-up within North America. It goes through its fair share of growth pains but overall a great place to work. Culture is great and constantly evolving. The organization realizes that there is room for improvement in various departments and continuously makes an effort toward positive strides forward. For those unaccustomed to working in a start-up, the ebbs and flows can seem challenging. However, overall I have been enjoying my experience working here for over a year now.
