      Pros

      I recently had the opportunity to switch my role from QA to Development, which has been a great learning experience and reflects the company’s support for internal growth. The hybrid work model (2 days from office) provides good flexibility. Work-life balance is well maintained, and the team consists of supportive and friendly people. The organization also offers strong employee support, and there is a transparent discussion process around increments, which builds trust and clarity.

      Cons

      The company can further enhance employee experience by introducing additional perks such as gym facilities or similar lifestyle benefits. Also, at times, project timelines can feel a bit tight, but overall manageable.

      Pros

      The work culture here is genuinely exceptional - collaborative, inclusive, and people-first. Hybrid flexibility works well. The tech stack is modern and interesting. There are real opportunities to learn and grow, especially if you show initiative. The work is interesting and you get exposure to a global product. Work-life balance is very much respected and the management is always accessible. I've found real opportunities to shape how we work — the evolving processes mean there's genuine space to influence, build, and leave a mark. Excellent employee benefits are provided.

      Cons

      The product roadmap isn't always visible to the team, which makes it hard to connect day-to-day work to the bigger picture.

      Excellent work-life balance, flexible leave policies, extended medical leave support, strong team culture, supportive colleagues, and a collaborative work environment.

      Cons

      At present, I have not encountered any significant challenges. My experience with the company has been positive, particularly in terms of work-life balance, flexibility, and team culture.
