      - friendly/collaborative team environment + great managers - great work/life balance - given independence in the work that you do - ability to work with management to take on more projects that interest you - agile work environment allows you to take on a variety of challenging tasks - lots of company social events - generous benefits

      Pros

      I was very nervous interviewing with the Jam City Team. This is a group of tenured and accomplished Recruiters who have been working together for many years. From the very first phone call the interview felt more like a conversation, that instantly eased my nerves! I was asked why diversity/equity and inclusivity was important in the workplace - Def made me want to work here even more. The team was upfront with what direction they were looking to go in and gave me an option of what I preferred - shows they are hiring the person and not just filling a spot! I met most members of the team and those who were not available for the interview were mentioned and highly spoken of, this gave me the confidence that I was joining a team that supported each other!

      Cons

      Only con is having to make a decision to accept an offer quicker than I anticipated.
