Hiring process was very thoughtful, transparent, no surprises. High feedback environment where you're expected to succeed and grow, supported to belong vs fit in and be an active participant contributing to the company itself through your job and to the company culture by being yourself.

Cons

Hiring process is slow - seems like a necessary outgrowth of being thoughtful and intentional, but it is hard to be patient and feel confident due to long wait times between submission/interview/follow up.
