A place to hone your skills, Compensation competitive on hire. Lots of good coworkers.

Cons

Good 'ol boys promotional system. Job descriptions grow without pay. Two-tiered justice system for seniors and management vs juniors. Promotions only seem to occur for the most callous and contemptible. Gives serious "another brick in the wall" vibes.

Pay is good, hard to get fired, stable position.

Cons

Everyone is severely overworked and management is too apathetic to do anything about it. Toxic company culture where no one really cares about eachother.
