Business Outlook
Pros
- Doing work that helps people in real ways - The people here are amazing - The leaders care about their people - Summer hours, personal days, extra week off at christmas and an effort to make people feel seen - Working remote, I can work from anywhere
Cons
- It's a tough business, especially when job market is not good - Too much work, too few people, but a lot of that is because this is what it takes to be good at what we do - The big projects we win change the direction we take and that can be really hard to deal with because it makes it like we have very little systems
