Pros
Great, friendly, down-to-earth people to work with. A non-profit organization full of heart, comprising over 90% immigrants, they operate on a hybrid work model (work from home + at the office). Management and staff made me feel very supported and welcomed, as a Canadian newcomer on a work permit. They went above and beyond to help me transition to this new job.
Cons
It's not really a con to me, but if you're one to dabble in a wide range of skills, then this is a place you will fit right in. The culture is more like a start-up where everyone pitches in. Your strengths will be highlighted and welcomed.
