Pros

Great experience being able to interact with many different customers with different needs. The solutions team was friendly and helpful.

Cons

Large number of tasks you need to jump to and from that can feel overwhelming at times.

Friendly management. They give value to top performers . Very understanding and vacation pay. Good training provided every month. Good work life balance. Amazing culture and values.

Less company benefits compared to other organizations.

Pros

I really enjoy what I have learned and how I have grown here. I was nervous at first but found that the people are really warm and inviting. Once I figured out how to do the work, I started to hit my stride. Working with customers can be the most difficult part of the role but is also rewarding when you are able to help their business succeed.

Cons

Benefits could be better and is difficult to work with
