There are constant check-ins, training sessions, and team discussions around real situations you’ll face, which helps a lot in an industry where things can change fast. Career growth is very clear and performance-based. No politics, if you hit the numbers, you move up, simple as that. You’ll see people get promoted quickly if they’re performing, regardless of tenure. Everyone in leadership started in the same entry-level role, so there’s a lot of transparency around what it takes to succeed and grow.
