      Pros

      It's been an incredible ride, Through the ups and downs, I became a better person and a better leader. NCIX has given me so much and I hope I was able to give back as much as I received. NCIX will give you a great opportunity to develop your skill sets and build the friendship that lasts. Especially on Retail side, co-workers become like a family. As long as you have a great work ethic and positive attitude, You will be able to succeed in NCIX. If you are looking for a clock in and clock out types of a job, I recommend looking elsewhere.

      Cons

      The company is going through much-needed restructuring. But, I am confident that they will be much more profitable in near future.
